These will be your tasks
- Setting up, managing and controlling the execution of objectives and key results
- Controlling tasks and the overall workflow of the team
- Managing, monitoring, and forecasting the project execution as well as project documentation management
- Supporting of the entire Software Engineering cycle for the allocated set of projects (Customer Communications, Requirements Analysis, Architecture, Design, Implementation, Documentation, Testing, Deployment, Maintenance)
- Estimating the resources and efforts for projects/phases
- Ensuring a high quality of the process and deliverables (development process optimization)
What your profile should look like
- At least 2 years of project management experience
- A profound understanding of the software development life cycle
- Experience with effective OKR implementation
- Strong knowledge of project and program management methodology, tools, and techniques
- Solid communication skills, highly self-organization skills, leadership skills as well as attention to detail
- Ability to create and manage project plans, timetables, client status reports as well as external and internal documentation
- Solid knowledge of JIRA or similar
- Intermediate English (both written and spoken)
